Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure timely delivery, we aim to process orders swiftly. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, requests made after this timeframe will be declined. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We cater to a variety of payment methods including all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and also accept PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

Your well-being is our priority. All orders are managed and dispatched from our warehouse. Do note that during holidays and peak sale seasons, processing times may vary. Typically, we process orders between Monday and Friday. Once you place your order, it will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped the subsequent day. We rest on weekends, so no shipments are made during that time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Given the high demand for our curated recovery equipment, the delivery period ranges from 2-4 weeks.

What if I don't receive my order within the expected timeframe?

If your order doesn't make its way to you within 30 days post-shipping, we will gladly offer you a full refund.

What about customs and taxes?

All the prices showcased on our website are in US Dollars and are tax-exempted. This implies that upon receiving your order, you might have to bear additional charges like duties, taxes, and other customs-related fees. These are set by your local customs authorities. Regrettably, we can't cover these for you. Additionally, any customs-related delays are beyond our control. To gain insights into these charges, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office.

What if the product I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

We strive for perfection but understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive a product that's faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us promptly. Make sure to include your order number, clear photos of the item(s), and all related details. Our team will work diligently to rectify the issue.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds are reverted to your original payment method. If you made the payment using a credit or debit card, the refund would be forwarded to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days from when we receive the returned item or get a cancellation request. For details on when the refund will reflect in your account, please touch base with your bank. If your refund seems to be MIA, we suggest:

  1. Checking with your bank or credit card company. Sometimes, it takes a while for refunds to be processed and posted to your account.
